Go back Our Skruf Stark White, Strong Portion ReviewIntroduced in 2009 and made by Skruf AB in Sweden, Skruf Stark White portion is classified as a White type portion which means that the portions do not go thru the final step in the manufacturing process that adds a bit more moisture to each of them. While omitting this step leaves the material dry, Skruf uses a soft, teabag type material with their portions and is comfortable in the lip for as long as the flavor lasts, which is for about 2 hours. Each can of Skruf Stark White portion contains 24, one gram portions with each having 14 mg of Nicotine. Skruf Stark White’s can is made of the signature white plastic with a clear plastic label and yes, there is a used portion compartment in the lid of the can but, enough about the can, let’s talk about the flavor! Skruf Stark White’s flavor is the same flavor as its regular type sibling, that being a pure and mild tobacco flavor containing natural aromas from bergamot and rose oil but in a lighter sense. The most confusing flavor in Skruf Stark White is the same flavor that is in Skruf Stark regular which is the Rose Oil. While many of you, that have read some of the other reviews, know that bergamot is a flavor that’s a cross between a lemon and a grapefruit, most of you may not know what Rose Oil tastes like. The rose oil gives Skruf Stark White the same light herbal flavor and slight bit of sweetness that Skruf Stark has, only not as strong. When it’s combined with the mild tobacco and bergamot flavors, they give Skruf Stark White a light flowery scent and a mild, herbal flavor with a bit of a sweet taste without the Ammonia smell that’s common in Swedish snus but, this is what we think.
