By omitting this step, Grove White’s material remains white in color and a bit dryer than the regular types. Even though the portions of Grov White are a bit dryer, Swedish Match uses the same soft material in Grove White as they do in all their portion snus and is comfortable in the lip for about 2 hours. Each can of Grove White contains 24, one gram portions with each having 8 mg of Nicotine. The can its self is made of gold colored plastic with contemporary plasticized paper label that seals the lid to the bottom well until you open it and there is a used portion compartment concealed in the lid! Now that you have the basics of Grovsnus White, let’s see what the flavors are! Swedish Match describes Grovsnus White as a robust and well rounded snus with a strong tobacco flavor. While this is an accurate description, we feel that some of you may not know what a robust and well rounded tobacco product tastes like so, we’ll attempt to explain it a bit. Grov White’s flavor actually reminds us of fall. Why Fall? Simple, the tobaccos used in Grov White are a blend of tobaccos from across the globe and have an earthy, leathery taste and the scent of fall foliage. Picture a pile of raked fall leaves and a new leather jacket and that’s pretty close to the scent. The flavor is accented by salt and this adds a slight peppery flavor to the snus along with the earthy and leather elements. All of these flavors together, along with a bit of smokiness, give Grov White a well rounded flavor that really does remind us of the Fall. Savory is the best way I can describe this snus. I alternate it with Grovs Svart portion when I want a little less nicotine or need to be a little more discreet with my snus. I highly recommend it!
