Yes, they mean teeth whitening. This contains baking soda, which helps to prevent staining associated with tobacco use.
Now I don't really know whether it actually whitens, or even helps reduce staining, but that's the idea.
As far as this snus goes, I used several cans of this when it was still under the 'Wise' branding. I have a few cans on order now. It took a few portions to get accustomed to the flavor, which is less tobacco focused. Once I was able to wrap my head around the idea that it didn't HAVE to taste like tobacco, I enjoyed the refreshing flavor. Also, the lower nicotine level (6mg vs 8mg of the average portion) was, for me at least most noticeable in the morning.
I think this brand would be great for someone who is looking to use snus as a temporary tool to quit smoking. A good flavor, lower level of nicotine and also offered in a 3mg per portion can sets the stage for a comfortable transition away from nicotine use.
I simply use a Strong portion in the morning (I'm not trying to quit
) and add these into a rotation. If they made a strong one, it would probably be my standard.
